You may have noticed in your My Products Module that some of your Liquor Store Inventory have red lettering and you are unable to add them to a purchase order. If an item has red lettering than that means a product’s information is missing critical information. It is nothing to worry about, it’s a problem that happens quite often, but just like every other feature of Bevly, it is an easy fix.

 

 

To make corrections to any of your products with errors just click the gear icon on the right-side that product. It will be showing as red if the distributor or the product ID is missing. Once those are correctly entered it will return back to white once you select the save icon. You can also manage your liquor store inventory with bulk edits across hundreds of items in seconds. This makes it easy to add filterable and sortable attributes to view any group of products in one module. You can also run reports to see which products are missing particular data points, and then fix those particular attributes within that report, both for individual items, or across multiple items at once. If you have a group of products that all change their retail price at the same time, you can assign those products to a group, and change the retail price of the group instead of changing each item individually. This works great for a lot of same-brand wines, cigarettes, single beers, 50ml bottles and more. 

With these modules, it makes managing an accurate liquor store inventory ten times easier since all your product information and corrections that need to be made are all in one neatly organized place.
